Webbeon Inc. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit webbeon.com.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. The consultation form on this site opens your own email app with your request filled in: your name, practice or company, email address, phone number and message. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in your email app. We do not collect personal information passively or through tracking technologies.

Data retention

Consultation requests are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Third-party services

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Our site is hosted on AWS infrastructure.

Patient data in our software

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, end to end, with TLS 1.2 and AES-256. Keys are rotated regularly, every access in and out of Webbeon systems is logged to HIPAA standards, and our code is scanned for vulnerabilities.

Your rights

If you are located in Canada, you have the right under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent to our use of it.

If you are located in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of data processing. Contact us at ahm@webbeon.com with any privacy-related requests.
