We believe frontier technology carries a responsibility to the world that creates it. Our philanthropy focuses on education, scientific research, and communities most affected by technological change.
Access to frontier technical education should not be limited by geography or circumstance. Through our Speed Cypher competition and university partnerships with institutions including the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, IISc Bangalore, and IIT Madras, we work to identify and support exceptional technical talent regardless of background.
Through the REMUS Institute research partnership, we accelerate the pipeline from academic insight to frontier deployment. Our collaborations with MIT CSAIL, Stanford HAI, CERN, Max Planck, Caltech, and DeepMind are structured to advance open science — 100% of our research publications are open access.
As AI systems become more capable, understanding their societal impact becomes more urgent. We invest in AI safety research, publish our methods transparently, and advocate for deployment frameworks that prioritize verification over speed. Our philanthropy extends to supporting independent AI safety research and policy organizations working to ensure frontier AI benefits humanity broadly.
